Denmark stocks were lower after the close on Wednesday, as losses in the Healthcare, Personal & Household Goods and Real Estate sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 fell 0.62%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Oersted AS (CSE:ORSTED), which rose 2.07% or 7.10 points to trade at 350.30 at the close. Meanwhile, GN Store Nord (CSE:GN) added 1.69% or 2.70 points to end at 162.70 and Novozymes A/S B (CSE:NZYMb) was up 1.33% or 4.70 points to 358.40 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Carlsberg A/S B (CSE:CARLb), which fell 2.13% or 18.00 points to trade at 827.00 at the close. Novo Nordisk A/S Class B (CSE:NOVOb) declined 1.25% or 8.60 points to end at 678.50 and ISS A/S (CSE:ISS) was down 1.07% or 1.30 points to 119.80.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 73 to 68 and 17 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for January delivery was down 3.72% or 2.69 to $69.63 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in February fell 3.26% or 2.52 to hit $74.68 a barrel, while the February Gold Futures contract rose 0.33% or 6.75 to trade at $2,043.05 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was up 0.12% to 6.91, while EUR/DKK unchanged 0.00% to 7.46.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.04% at 103.95.
